  • red chiles (2 strips)
  • green chiles (2 strips)
  • fresh gingerroot (strips)
  • sea salt
  • ¼ cup chopped onions
  • pepper (to taste)
  • 3 teaspoons lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons dried mint
