Chop fish into bite size cubes. Whisk egg, soy, ketchup and mustard and pour over fish pieces (you can marinate for a couple of hours but, not essential) Place breadcrumbs in large zip lock bag and add fish, making sure fish is well coated. Heat fry pan on high heat and add oil. When oil is hot add fish bites and cook for 1 min each side. Drain on paper towel and serve with sauce of equal parts mayonnaise and tomato ketchup.
