Ingredients

Serves: 4-6

Metric Cups

For the Pie Crust

  • 1 packet pie sheets

For the Stuffing

  • 50 grams cheese (cow's cheese)
  • 1 packet vanilla pudding mix (mine was with strawberry pieces)
  • sugar (to your taste)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 handful raisins
  • rum (to soak the raisins in)
  • 200 millilitres cream

For the Above

  • 2 eggs
  • sugar (a little)
  • salt (a little)
  • 200 millilitres cream

  • 1 packet vanilla pudding mix (mine was with strawberry pieces)
  • sugar (to your taste)

  • 1 handful raisins

  • 7 fluid ounce cream

For the Above

  • 2 eggs
  • sugar (a little)
  • salt (a little)
  • 7 fluid ounce cream

Method

Preparation:

  • let the sheets of pie thaw, as it is fragile and breaks easily.
  • Filling:

  • Mix cow's cheese with salt, sugar.
  • Mix the pudding, eggs and sour cream until composition becomes creamy. Finally add raisins.
  • Fill sheets. The package is about 16 sheets of pie. Split in 4. Get 4 layers superimposed, add the filling, carefully run and roll in the tray.
  • Repeat with the rest and rolls. Well-mixed ingredients for the above. Cook in the oven for 35-40 minutes.
