This is really tasty in a salad, I sometimes add a little bit of honey when cooking it for a bit of a stickyness (? sp) Also works well with wings or thighs though I would cook them in the oven.
- 4 chicken fillets (cut into strips)
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 lemon (juice of)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oil (for cooking)
