Introduction

Simple and Nice. Can be done using either ground almond or peanut or perhaps any other nuts.

Ingredients

Serves: -

Metric Cups

For the Cookie

  • 227 grams ground almonds or ground peanuts
  • 170 grams icing sugar
  • 340 grams self-raising flour
  • 125 grams butter Melted
  • 250 millilitres cooking oil

For the Glaze

  • 1 chocolate bar Melted
  • 1 packet almonds Chopped

For the Cookie

  • 8 ounces almond meal or ground peanuts
  • 6 ounces confectioners' sugar
  • 12 ounces self-rising flour
  • 4⅖ ounces butter Melted
  • 9 fluid ounces cooking oil

For the Glaze

  • 1 chocolate bar Melted
  • 1 packet almonds Chopped

Method

  • Mix all the ingredients together into a dough.
  • Divide and mould the dough into tiny balls and put them into the smallest paper cups available in the market.
  • Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 - 20 minutes.
  • Leave the cookies out in a tray to cool completely.
  • Glaze with melted chocolate and sprinkle with chopped almonds / peanuts.
