I make this around holiday time as a treat to give as a gift, or to have at parties.
- 250 millilitres evaporated milk (canned)
- 750 millilitres granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 250 millilitres crushed pineapple
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
