- 210 grams wholewheat flour
- 4 tablespoons mixed seeds (ground)
- 105 grams porridge oats
- 200 grams brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons bicarbonate of soda
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 150 grams carrots (grated)
- 150 grams apples (coarsely grated)
- 75 grams raisins
- 50 grams fresh apricots (chopped)
- 200 millilitres milk
- 2 medium eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 7⅖ ounces wholewheat flour
- 4 tablespoons mixed seeds (ground)
- 3¾ ounces quick-cooking oats
- 7 ounces brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 5⅓ ounces carrots (grated)
- 5⅓ ounces apples (coarsely grated)
- 2⅔ ounces raisins
- 1¾ ounces fresh apricots (chopped)
- 7 fluid ounces milk
- 2 medium eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
