Metric Cups
  • 1 chocolate sponge cake
  • 30 millilitres brandy (or sherry - optional)
  • 6 white meringues (broken into pieces)
  • 6 pink meringues (broken into pieces)
  • 1 tin caramel
  • 500 millilitres fresh cream
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (whip together with the cream)
  • 1 punnet strawberries (fresh)
  • 410 grams lychees (canned)
  • 3 kiwi fruit (peeled and sliced)
  • mint leaves (to garnish)
  • 1 chocolate sponge cake
  • 1 fluid ounce brandy (or sherry - optional)
