This is a quick easy no bake slice. A blonde version of a chocolate fudgecake.

Ingredients

Serves: 24 slices

Metric Cups

For the Lemon Slice

  • 4 tablespoons lemon zest
  • 180 grams pistachios
  • 2 packets biscuits
  • 300 millilitres condensed milk
  • 200 grams butter

For the Icing

  • 50 grams butter (melted)
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 500 millilitres icing sugar

For the Lemon Slice

  • 4 tablespoons lemon zest
  • 6 ounces pistachios
  • 2 packets biscuits
  • 10½ fluid ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 7 ounces butter

For the Icing

  • 2 ounces butter (melted)
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 17½ fluid ounces confectioners' sugar

  • Melt the butter with the condensed milk in the microwave.
  • Stir to combine.
  • Crush the biscuits and chop the nuts.
  • Mix nuts, lemon zest, biscuits in a bowl then pour in the butter and condensed milk. Mix to combine.
  • Press into a greased and lined slice tin.
  • Spread over your icing and refrigerate to set.
