Ingredients

Serves: 2 (or 1! ; P )

Metric Cups
  • 180 grams tuna (not oiled, drained)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh flatleaf parsley (coarsely chopped)
  • 1 stick celery
  • 2 spring onions
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 4 slices ryebread (lightly toasted on one side)
  • 180 grams Cheddar cheese (thinly sliced)
  • 4 anchovies (optional)
  • 6⅓ ounces tuna (not oiled, drained)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh italian parsley (coarsely chopped)
  • 1 stick celery
  • 2 scallions
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 4 slices ryebread (lightly toasted on one side)
  • 6⅓ ounces Cheddar cheese (thinly sliced)
  • 4 anchovies (optional)

Method

  • Combine the ingrediënts in a bowl, season to taste.
  • Divide the salad over on toasted sides of bread, spreading to cover edge and top with the cheese & anchovies, if using them (do!)
  • Grill for 2-3 min or until bubbling a golden.
