Metric Cups
  • 360 grams cookies (vanilla or coffee)
  • 250 grams marmalade cubes
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa
  • 150 grams butter
  • 100 grams sugar syrup (sugary-milky)
  • 12¾ ounces cookies (vanilla or coffee)
  • 8⅚ ounces marmalade cubes
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
  • 5⅓ ounces butter
  • 3½ ounces sugar syrup (sugary-milky)

Method

  • Melt butter in pot and add cocoa, add sugar syrup.
  • Crash cookies into small pieces and add marmalade cubes.
  • Add butter-cocoa mix to cookies and blend them well.
  • Then take folium paper and make two "sausages" of them and but them in to refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • The more it stands, the better it goes.
