Introduction
I found this recipe in a Finnish magazine. When I made this I added the lime marinade into the other ingredients along with the fish - I thought it tasted good but bf found it had too strong a lime flavour so watch out. :) This gives about 4 portions.

Ingredients
Serves: 4
- 400 grams red fish
- 50 millilitres lime juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 onions
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 can tomato
- fish stock
- dried chillies (or fresh)
- 1 can coconut milk
- 180 grams prawns
- 1 handful fresh coriander (or parsley chopped)
- 14⅛ ounces red fish
- 2 fluid ounces lime juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 onions
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 can tomato
- fish broth
- dried chiles (or fresh)
- 1 can coconut milk
- 6⅓ ounces shrimp
- 1 handful cilantro (or parsley chopped)
