- 1500 millilitres water
- 1 packet brown lentils
- 2 large roughly chopped tomatoes
- 1 large roughly chopped onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 pinch of cayenne pepper
- 1 pinch of oregano
- 1 pinch of kosher salt
