  • 1 teaspoon butter

Method

  • Cut each fillet in half so it is thin and it cooks quicker. Rub each fillet with the salt pepper and lemon juice.
  • Cook the chicken in a frying pan with a little bit of olive oil. A few minutes on each side or until its golden.
