Mix together all the ingredients and pour over chicken. Leave in fridge to marinate for at least an hour. Pre heat grill medium to high. Place chicken onto grill for about six minutes and spoon more of marinade on top. Continue to cook until chicken is cooked through. Serve with spinach, mango, cranberry and pine nut salad and cous cous if you wish.

- 1 lime ( jucied) (or lemon)
- ground black pepper (to taste)
