Introduction
This is a really quick and easy bread, to which you can change the extra's as you wish. This recipe is made with sundried toms and chives, but equally, you could use, olives and rosemary or onions and basil etc.

Ingredients
Serves: 6
- 220 grams wholemeal flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- seasoning
- 75 millilitres milk (low fat)
- 75 millilitres soya milk
- 6 sundried tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (or oil from the sundried tomatoes)
- chives (finely chopped)
- 8 ounces whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- seasoning
- 2⅝ fluid ounces milk (low fat)
- 2⅝ fluid ounces soya milk
- 6 sundried tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (or oil from the sundried tomatoes)
- chives (finely chopped)
