  • 1800 grams white fish (fillets)
  • 2 bread rolls
  • 100 grams butter
  • 2 medium eggs
  • 1 medium onion
  • 100 millilitres sour cream
  • 1 pinch of lemon salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • breadcrumbs
  • olive oil
  • 5 tablespoons horseradish (minced)
  • 63½ ounces white fish (fillets)
  • 2 bread rolls
  • 3½ ounces butter
  • 2 medium eggs
  • 1 medium onion
  • 4 fluid ounces sour cream
  • 1 pinch of lemon salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • breadcrumbs
  • olive oil
  • 5 tablespoons horseradish (minced)

Method

  • Wash the fillets and grind them, scramble the eggs , dice and brown the onion, squeeze the lemon, cut them in to cubes
  • Cover with the cream, stand aside, then, mix it with the butter, add it all to scramble, onion and fish, sprinkle with lemon juice, salt, and pepper,
  • Mix it all well, make rings and put it in to breadcrumbs bath
  • Fry it in very hot oil, serve with horseradish.
