  • 100 grams mushrooms
  • 500 grams potatoes
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 bunch spring onions
  • 125 millilitres olive oil
  • 250 millilitres sour cream
  • 4 ounces mushrooms
  • 18 ounces potatoes
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 bunch scallions
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 1 cup sour cream

  • Cook the potato's cut the later in to disks, take out the mushroom' and cut them in halves,
  • mix the potato's with mushroom's, add little wine vinegar to it.
  • Chop the spring onion's and cover the salad, add pinch off salt &Pepper, give the oil a little temperature on a very small flame carefully add to cream and cover the salad:)
