Highly calorific but truly delicious

Ingredients

Serves: 20

Metric Cups
  • 225 grams digestive biscuits (finely crushed)
  • 225 grams butter
  • 225 grams sugar
  • 397 grams condensed milk
  • 8 ounces graham crackers (finely crushed)
  • 8 ounces butter
  • 8 ounces sugar
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk

Method

  • Melt butter, sugar and condensed milk together on a low heat until sugar is dissolved then bring to boil stirring continuously. Boil(still stirring)for approx 3-5mins until mix has thickened slightly and take off the heat.
  • Add crushed biscuits and pour into a buttered dish and leave to set.
  • Once set, drizzle with melted chocolate-milk, plain or white or a combination of all three! Enjoy!
