blend soft butter and peanut butter together. stir in sugars. add pinch of salt. stir in flour to make a dough. shape into approx 18 balls. space out onto baking tray and flatten slightly with palm of hand. mark a criss-cross pattern on top with sharp knife. bake on middle shelf of oven at gas mark 6 for 15 minutes. cool and transfer to wire rack. eat the lot!!!!! (nice with glass of milk)
