crunchy peanut butter cookies that melt in your mouth!

Ingredients

Serves: 18

  • 57 grams crunchy peanut butter
  • 85 grams butter (vegans can use vegetable margarine)
  • 57 grams superfine sugar
  • 57 grams turbinado sugar
  • 113 grams all-purpose flour
  • 1 pinch of salt

  • blend soft butter and peanut butter together.
  • stir in sugars. add pinch of salt. stir in flour to make a dough.
  • shape into approx 18 balls.
  • space out onto baking tray and flatten slightly with palm of hand. mark a criss-cross pattern on top with sharp knife.
  • bake on middle shelf of oven at gas mark 6 for 15 minutes. cool and transfer to wire rack. eat the lot!!!!! (nice with glass of milk)
