Method

  • Cut the feta into slices (about 1 cm)
  • Throw the herbs, chillies and fennel on your work top. Press the feta into the herbs (every side) Put it into a jar (as much as possible, but don't overdo it).
  • Add some olive oil until the jar is full. Worst part of the recipe: You will have to wait for about a week before you can devour it.
  • Suggestions: Eat it on some bread, in a salad, ... And drizzle the remaining oil on to your bread.
