Metric Cups
  • 230 millilitres warm water
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 10 grams dried yeast
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 310 grams flour (better if you have pizza flour)
  • flour (for dusting)
  • 8 fluid ounces warm water
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

  • 11 ounces flour (better if you have pizza flour)

Method

  • In worm water dissolve yeast, add sugar, olive oil and salt and mix well.
  • Pour the mixture in flour and make the dough and leave covered to rest 10-15 minutes. The dough will double.
  • Than make pizza and fill as you wish.
  • Bake it for about 15 minutes on high shelf to 220-240°C.

    • I tried making this pizza, I put it in the oven for 11 minutes because I thought 15 was a bit to long. After 11 minutes I checked it and it was to burnt to eat! :( What should I do?
