Ingredients

Metric Cups
  • 3 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 tablespoons honey (runny)
  • 1½ tablespoons curry powder
  • 6 tablespoons coconut milk
  • 3 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 tablespoons honey (runny)
  • 1½ tablespoons curry powder
  • 6 tablespoons coconut milk

  • Cut meat into strips, squeeze juice from lime, crush garlic, combine in a bowl with soy sauce, peanut butter, honey.
  • Marinade meat in the bowl for at least 3 hours.
  • Place meat on skewers and grill for 3-4 mins on each side.
  • Sauce: put remaining marinade in a pan, bring too boil, add coconut milk, cook for 1 min. serve skewers on a bed of rice and smother with the sauce. Enjoy.
