Sounds posh, really isn't! Being a girl who likes to impress but with little work having gone into it, this is the perfect recipe & my partner loves it! This recipe also feels quite healthy as I use my Health Grill to cook it to remove any excess fat. Cooking & Prep Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

Serves: 2

Metric Cups
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • fresh coriander (chopped)
  • bbq seasoning
  • garlic (a little)
  • 4 slices cheese (thick slices, I usually use buffalo mozzarella, feta or mature cheddar)
  • 4 grams italian ham (I usually use Parma)
  • olive oil (a drizzle)
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • cilantro (chopped)
  • bbq seasoning
  • garlic (a little)
  • 4 slices cheese (thick slices, I usually use buffalo mozzarella, feta or mature cheddar)
  • ⅛ ounce italian ham (I usually use Parma)
  • olive oil (a drizzle)

Method

Quick, Easy & Impressive: Chicken Parmagiano is a community recipe submitted by missbanoffeepie and has not been tested by Nigella.com so we are not able to answer questions regarding this recipe.

  • Firstly I turn on the Health Grill to heat it up before use.
  • Next put the chicken breasts, chopped coriander, BBQ Seasoning, a drizzle of oil and a little garlic into a bag (I usually use a sandwich bag) and give it a good old shake. Ideally this mixture should be left to marinade overnight but as I said I like quick easy recipes.
  • Next put the chicken on the grill & cook completely. Then take these of the heat and slice them in half vertically and put in two slices of cheese and on top of that the ham and then put back into the Health
  • Grill until the cheese is oozing and the ham slightly crispy where out. I either serve this meal with tomato and olive pasta or roasted vegetables with thyme. Let me know what you think!
