                                        Line a square / Lamington tin with foil or parchment paper and grease (I spray with spray and cook) Preheat oven to 180 Celsius  Pour melted butter over base of tin Scatter crushed biscuits over butter, use finger to push any sand dune piles down.  Scatter over chococlate chips, nuts and chocolate roughly chopped  Drizzle condensed milk over top Do not worry if not every little bit is covered  bake for 20 - 25 minutes  Cut into squares when cool

- 250 millilitres dark chocolate chips
- 250 millilitres pecan nuts (roughly chopped)
- 100 grams milk chocolate (roughly chopped)
- 100 grams white chocolate (roughly chopped)
- 1 tin sweetened condensed milk (full cream)
- 200 shortbread (crushed)
- 4 ounces butter (melted)
- 8⅘ fluid ounces bittersweet chocolate chips
- 8⅘ fluid ounces pecan nuts (roughly chopped)
- 4 ounces milk chocolate (roughly chopped)
- 4 ounces white chocolate (roughly chopped)
- 1 tin sweetened condensed milk (full cream)
