  • 4 slices prosciutto (cut into strips)
  • red chillies (diced)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic infused olive oil
  • 1 handful rocket
  • 3½ ounces linguine (or other long pasta)
  • 4 slices prosciutto (cut into strips)
  • red chiles (diced)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic flavored oil
  • 1 handful arugula
