  • 1 small onion (finely chopped)
  • 40 grams macadamia nuts (chopped)
  • 2 rashers bacon (chopped)
  • 50 grams breadcrumbs (day-old)
  • 83 millilitres pears (grated)
  • 1½ grams fresh sage (chopped)
  • 1½ grams dried cranberries
  • 1 ounce butter (chopped)
  • 1 small onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 ounce macadamia nuts (chopped)
  • 2 rashers bacon (chopped)
  • 2 ounces breadcrumbs (day-old)
  • 2⅞ fluid ounce pears (grated)
  • ounce fresh sage (chopped)
  • ounce dried cranberries
