Boil the water and salt. Add the couscous and leave to cook while you cook the turkey. Fry the turkey, slices of onion, spinach, boiled broccoli, chopped garlic and sliced paprika. Season with tarragon and lemon pepper, add a splash of soy sauce. Mix with the couscous.

- 300 grams spinach
- 1 small teaspoon paprika

- 1 splash of soy sauce
- 7 ounces couscous
- 9 fluid ounces boiling water
- 1 pinch of salt
- 10⅗ ounces spinach
- 1 small teaspoon paprika
- 1 small onion
- 14⅛ ounces broccoli
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon fresh tarragon
- 1 tablespoon lemon pepper
- 1 splash of soy sauce
