Introduction

A combination of sweet and creamy sauce...taste like heaven,eat it with hot rice and fried chicken...walllaaahhhhh!

Ingredients

Serves: 4

  • 2 sliced eggplants
  • 500 coconut cream
  • 250 water
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons crushed fish meat
  • 3 small crushed red onions

  • combine the garlic, onion and crushed fish meat (blend with your hand-squeeze).
  • Put the blend ingredients with coconut and water in the pan....let it cook for 7min
  • lastly,put the eggplant, sugar and salt....stir it and let it cook for another 10min.serve with hot rice and fried chicken.
