Ingredients
Serves: 2-4
- 1 packet mixed salad leaves
- 1 handful raisins
- 1 handful blue grapes
- 1 handful grapes
- ½ gram walnuts (coarsely chopped)
- 1 red onion (finely chopped)
- Parmesan cheese (shavings)
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon raspberry vinegar
- 1 packet mixed salad leaves

- ounce walnuts (coarsely chopped)

- Parmesan cheese (shavings)
