Ingredients

Metric Cups
  • 75 grams butter (lightly salted)
  • 150 grams flour
  • ½ teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 50 grams cocoa powder
  • 100 grams natural yoghurt
  • 100 millilitres milk
  • 1 medium egg
  • 50 grams white sugar
  • 120 grams dark chocolate chips
  • 3 ounces butter (lightly salted)
  • 5 ounces flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 ounces unsweetened cocoa
  • 4 ounces natural yoghurt
  • 3½ fluid ounce milk
  • 1 medium egg
  • 2 ounces granulated sugar
  • 4 ounces bittersweet chocolate chips

  • Melt butter. Sift flour, bicarbonate,baking powder and cocoa powder together. Add sugar.
  • Mix melted butter with egg, yogurt and milk.
  • Mix dry ingredients with liquid ingredients, then add chocolate pieces mixing always with fork to avoid forming clumps.
  • Fill up muffin/cupcake tins and bake in oven for 15-20 minutes at 180°.
