Metric Cups
  • 3 medium artichokes
  • 2 medium eggs (beaten)
  • flour
  • sunflower oil
  • 1 pinch of salt

Method

  • Clean artichokes and cut into slices.
  • Soak in mix of water and lemon juice.
  • Drain and pat dry.
  • In the meantime, put enough oil in frying pan or fryer and let heat until right temp for frying.
  • Dredge artichoke slices in flour, then in beaten egg, then again in flour.
  • Fry and drain and salt.
