Spiced Pitta Wedges

Ingredients
Serves: 2
- 2 pitta breads (cut into small triangles)
- 1 tablespoon cumin seeds (whole, toasted and ground in a mortar and pestle)
- 1 tablespoon garlic infused olive oil
- 2 grams rapeseed oil
- black pepper (lots, freshly cracked - in the mortar and pestle gives the best flavour)
- Maldon sea salt flakes

Additional Information
You could put whatever spice you fancy onto these babies, make them suit your mood or whatever you're eating them with - I wouldn't turn them down on their own though!
