For the Torta Al Cioccolato
- 200 grams butter (soft)
- 250 grams caster sugar
- 4 eggs (beaten)
- 25 grams cocoa powder
- 250 grams flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
- 100 millilitres red wine
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 150 grams chocolate (curls - you can make them yourself, I made 1/2 curls and the rest I just chopped in the processor)
For the Salsa Al Cioccolato
- 120 millilitres coffee-flavoured milk
- 150 grams chocolate (in bits)
- 1½ teaspoons cocoa
- 1½ teaspoons sugar syrup (I used maple)
- 25 grams butter
- 1 tablespoon sugar
For the Torta Al Cioccolato
- 7 ounces butter (soft)
- 9 ounces superfine sugar
- 4 eggs (beaten)
- 1 ounce unsweetened cocoa
- 9 ounces flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
- 3½ fluid ounces red wine
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 5 ounces chocolate (curls - you can make them yourself, I made 1/2 curls and the rest I just chopped in the processor)
For the Salsa Al Cioccolato
- 4⅕ fluid ounces coffee-flavoured milk
- 5 ounces chocolate (in bits)
- 1½ teaspoons unsweetened cocoa
- 1½ teaspoons sugar syrup (I used maple)
- 1 ounce butter
- 1 tablespoon sugar
