Method
Mint Chocolate Fudge is a community recipe submitted by PartyDelicious and has not been tested by Nigella.com so we are not able to answer questions regarding this recipe.
Bring cream, syrup and sugar to a boil. Let the caramel reach a temperatur of 120° C. Stir frequently.
Beat down glucose, butter, chocolate and season the fudge with a few drops of peppermint oil.
Pour the batter into a dressed dish and garnish with some chopped peppermint candy.
Let the fudge cool and set int the fridge, then cut it into proper bites.
