  • 5 medium red onions (cut in half and then sliced thinly)
  • 125 millilitres treacle
  • 200 millilitres balsamic vinegar
  • 50 millilitres olive oil
  • seasoned salt

  • 7 fluid ounce balsamic vinegar
  • 1¾ fluid ounce olive oil
