Delicious and tasty breaded meat with extra creamy mashed potatoes. Yummy comfort food!

Ingredients

Serves: 4

Metric Cups

For the Breaded Meat

  • 600 grams meat (sliced, 3-4mm)
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ garlic
  • fresh parsley
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 500 millilitres breadcrumbs

For the Mashed Potatoes

  • 5 large potatoes
  • 50 grams cream cheese
  • 30 grams butter
  • milk
  • salt
  • pepper

For the Breaded Meat

  • 21⅙ ounces meat (sliced, 3-4mm)
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ garlic
  • fresh parsley
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 18 fluid ounces breadcrumbs

For the Mashed Potatoes

  • 5 large potatoes
  • 1¾ ounces cream cheese
  • 1 ounces butter
  • milk
  • salt
  • pepper

Method

  • Beat eggs in a bowl only as to mix them well. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add garlic and parsley finely chopped.
  • Salt the meat slices and place them in the bowl with the egg mixture. Take it to the fridge for an hour.
  • Put the bread crumbs in a large plate. Pass the meat slices one by one through the bread crumbs (on both sides). Fry them in hot oil until brown.
  • MASHED POTATOES - Peel and cut the potatoes to boil them in water with salt until soft.(if you like potatoes skins then just wash the potatoes very well and don't peel them. It's more tasty this way!) Remove them from the water and prepare the mashed potatoes mixing in all of the ingredients (the amount of milk will depend on how you like your mashed potatoes!)
  • NOW COMFORT YOURSELF WITH THE BREADED MEAT AND MASHED POTATOES!
