Ingredients
Serves: 2
For the Salad
- ½ chinese leaf lettuce
- ½ red onion (sliced into half moons)
- ¼ cucumber (cut lengthways, deseeded & sliced into half moons)
- ½ red pepper (finely sliced)
For the Dressing
- 2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
For the Salad
- ½ napa cabbage
- ½ red onion (sliced into half moons)
- ¼ cucumber (cut lengthways, deseeded & sliced into half moons)
- ½ red bell pepper (finely sliced)
For the Dressing
- 2 tablespoons sweet chile sauce
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
