In a food processor, mash the garbanzo beans. Add tahini, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Continue the processor until blended and creamy. Transfer to a serving bowl. Cover and keep in refrigerator. Brush olive oil on the pita halves. Sprinkle parmesan, mozzarella, and dried oregano on each pita half. Toast under broiler for 5-8 minutes or until cheese is melted and the pita edges are crispy. Cut into pizza style wedges. On a large flat party platter, arrange the pita pizza slices around the bowl of hummus.
