  • tagliatelle (7-8 nests)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 large tomatoes
  • 200 grams cream cheese
  • 6 slices cooked ham (packed - sliced and cubed)
  • crusty bread (to serve - optional)

Method

  • Cook the Tagliatelle pasta as stated on the packet, drain and allow to cool aside.
  • Turn the heat down from cooking the pasta, heat the oil in a large pan or a large frying pan. Add the diced tomatoes allow to cook for 2-3 minuets.
  • Add the cream cheese, allow to melt by stirring all the time. Add the diced ham to the cheese and tomato ingredients in the pan and season to taste.
  • Add the pasta, you may wish to use some tongs for this. Using the tongs mix the pasta into the sauce and heat through.
  • Serve on a plate, alongside the crusty bread.
