- 6 bananas (ripe and roughly mashed)
- 85 grams butter
- 113 grams superfine sugar
- 2 eggs
- 198 grams self-raising flour
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon baking soda
- 113 grams coarsely chopped nuts
