  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 3 red peppers (or green or yellow)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper

Method

  • Cut the chicken, peppers and tomatoes into cubes and put them in a bowl. Add the garlic, olive oil, vinegar salt and pepper mix and let the mixture to be marinated for 1-2 hours.
  • Take a skewer and pass on it 1 piece of pepper, then chicken, pepper again, tomato and chicken. You do this with all the skewers.
  • Then take them and put them on a grilling pan for 20 minutes on low heat and gradually pour over it the marinade.
  • Serve with pita bread and salad. Rice would be a good choice as well.
