- butter (a large nob)
- 50 grams flaked almonds

- 2 ounces sliced almonds

- Boil carrots until tender. Drain.
- Melt butter in a frying pan and add the flaked almonds. Cook until they are lovely and golden brown.
- Add the carrots and swirl with the almonds and butter. Enjoy!
