Ingredients
Serves: 4
- 200 grams pasta (penne or fusilli - if eaten on its own double ingredient amounts)
- 1 can tuna (in olive oil)
- ⅓ cucumber
- ½ tin chopped tomatoes
- salt (to taste)
- black pepper (to taste)
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 6 tablespoons mayonnaise
- ½ lemon
- fresh flatleaf parsley (fresh, chopped - use several leaves to garnish)
- 7 ounces pasta (penne or fusilli - if eaten on its own double ingredient amounts)
- 1 can tuna (in olive oil)
- ⅓ cucumber
- ½ tin diced tomatoes
- salt (to taste)
- black pepper (to taste)

- 6 tablespoons mayonnaise

- fresh italian parsley (fresh, chopped - use several leaves to garnish)

I love this recipe! So easy, but a tasty twist on the traditional tuna pasta salad. (I do use fresh tomatoes, rather than the tinned). Thanks for posting!
As a fan of all things Tuscan I will have to try this pasta salad recipe.
