Ingredients

Serves: -

Metric Cups
  • 1 packet mixed salad leaves
  • 2 apples
  • 1 can pineapple pieces
  • 200 grams sliced ham
  • 200 grams Cheddar cheese (strong)
  • 125 grams mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • 1 juice of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 pinch of mustard
  • 1 packet mixed salad leaves
  • 2 apples
  • 1 can pineapple pieces
  • 7 ounces sliced ham
  • 7 ounces Cheddar cheese (strong)
  • 4⅖ ounces mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • 1 juice of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 pinch of mustard

Method

  1. Mix the mayo, sugar, sour cream and the lemon juice in a big bowl while I do the cutting and tearing.
  2. Cut the apples (I like to leave the skin on just for the color), the ham and the cheese into small bite-size and mix into the dressing with the drained pineapple pieces.
  3. Drain the salad almost completely and tear into the salad, toss and sprinkle with some cheese.
  4. Enjoy:)
