  • 400 grams gnocchi
  • 200 grams smoked salmon
  • 3 tablespoons double cream
  • 1 handful cheese (grated)
  • 14⅛ ounces gnocchi
  • 7 ounces smoked salmon
  • 3 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 handful cheese (grated)

Method

  • Bring water to boil in a medium saucepan and salt it.
  • In the meantime, cut your smoked salmon into pieces.
