Put the yeast in a cup together with warm milk and leave it for about 5 minutes.
In the meantime, put all the other ingredients in a bowl and stir them together well.
Add the yeast and milk and knead the dough for a few minutes until all the ingredients are well connected. Let the dough rest for an hour at room temperature.
Then roll out the dough and cut it into small squares (about 4x4cm). Put some marmalade on each square and roll each square.
Put them on the baking tin and bake them at 200 degrees C for around 10 minutes or until they are golden brown. Cool the cookies and then powder them with some powdered sugar.
