Break pieces off the dough and roll into smallish (not to small) balls and place it in a greased cast iron pot (with a lid). Mix the cream (should be at room temperature) with the caramel sugar. Pour the cream mixture over the dough and leave to rise. Bake covered for 35 min. in a 180°C oven. Remove the lid and bake it a further 10 min. Serve immediately.
Absolutely delicious with braaivleis.

- 1⅕ millilitres cream (or coconut cream)
- 13 tablespoons caramel sugar
