  • chicken breasts (tenderised)
  • 350 millilitres natural yogurt
  • 6 tablespoons cajun spices
  • 1 brown onion (diced)
  • 1 tomato (diced)
  • 1 red chilli (diced)
  • 1 clove garlic (chopped finely)

Method

Mix the yogurt and cajun spices together in a bag or container. Add the chicken and massage or shake til chicken is coated. Put the chicken into the fridge.

When ready to cook, put the chicken into a hot frypan, and add the extra yogurt mixture, if you have any left from marinating.

One you have turned the chicken, add the onion, tomato, chilli and garlic to the frypan and cook until soft and slightly brown.
