  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 6 slices serrano ham
  • 1 packet boursin cheese
  • 2 chicken breasts

Method

  • Flatten the chicken breasts
  • Add about 2 tablespoons of boursin in the center and roll up the chicken.
  • Wrap the chicken in the Jamon Serrano and secure with toothpicks or string Fry in vegtable oil on a moderate heat and turn chicken to ensure all sides are crispy.
  • Finish the chicken in the oven covered with foil.
